Cancellations, Refunds and Deposits

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us enough time to offer that time slot to another client. Deposits will be carried over if the appointment is rearranged with at least the 48 hours notice.

No shows or cancellations/reschedules less than 48 hours will forfeit their deposit and NO SHOWS could be charged a no show fee of £20 on top of forfeiting their deposit.

The deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied towards your treatment. If you NO SHOW or Late Cancel, your deposit will be forfeited.

Patch Test

All new clients are required to book a Patch Test 24-48 hours before their eyelash extension appointment. Failure to attend the patch test will result in you being refused the eyelash extension treatment when you attend your appointment and you will forfeit your deposit. The deposit will not be transferred to another appointment.

Arrival

Please arrive on time and with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes to your appointment. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked treatment, if your treatment is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the treatment.

Other Therapists Work

To guarantee consistency and quality of the final set we do not offer infills on work done by another lash technician. Please book a removal and a new full set.

Refund Policy

You are paying for the therapists time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for services rendered. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of the application or product. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at the full price for the treatment.

General

Indigo Hair & Beauty has a 48 hour cancellation and amendment policy. This means 48 actual hours, as opposed to 48 working or open hours.

Deposits are automatically required for online bookings, and employees are encouraged to mirror the deposit requirements when booking in clients direct (in person or over phone).

Refunds

Refunds are generally expected to take 3-5 working days.

Processing

Refunds can ONLY only be processed via the original method of payment. In simple terms, is Ms Smith is eligible for a refund of her £25 deposit which she paid in cash, she MUST be refunded in cash.

Similarly refunds processed via card must be refunded onto the same card to which the client paid originally.

Card payments taken via PDQ (Card Machine) must be refunded via card machine, with employees checking the last four digits of the card used to make payment matches that of the card being refunded to.

Card payments taken via Timely must be refunded via Timely. The system will permit authorised users to process refunds, and will be refunded back to the original card automatically without inputting the original card number etc.
